We have some certificates and diplomas that show who we are and what we care about. The basis is that we are a small part of something bigger. We try to contribute if it is possible. The two main things that will make a better day are ethical and environmental care.
R-license
The license identify Swedish companies and organizations that have agreed to keep high standards when it comes to ethics and seriosity. Simply put A company to trust.
You earn a R-license and you have to be recommended by someone. The license is granted after thorough investigation of the candidates. All candidates are checked according to a 7-steg method. The ethical standards have to be good and there have to be a good company spirit. It is not given that it reaches up to the standards. About one in four candidate companies never reach a license.
PAAM Systems has in fact a double license. That means more. It means that our core values is very important in our every day work. It is a part of our business. We were the first one to get the RR-license in Sweden. Together with two other companies in Örebro. It is important. It is good. And we are proud.
Environmental Diploma
Environmental Diploma is a process to build up an environmental management system aiming at continuous improvement. The Diploma is designed for small and medium enterprises and is an alternative to ISO 14001 and EMAS.
The major differences are that the Diploma requires less resources and that a minimum level of environmental performance is guaranteed by a checklist. The diploma is an official recognition that the company is on the right track considering the environment.
