By keeping this in mind and acting out of it, we will treat our work, our contacts and ourselves in a healthy way and create strong partnerships with everyone and hence; a healthy and growing company. This shall be the natural way of acting by every co-worker in PAAM Systems, and it shall also be our ambition that our partners act in the same way.
Responsibility

Responsibility is a collective term that describes how we take care of our thoughts and how we act. We act with strong ethics and morality and within the limits of the law. We also act with pride of who we are and what we do, not meaning anything else than that we reflect and act with determination, courage and honesty where no means no, yes means yes and there is nothing in between. We strive to at least deliver what we promise. We are to trust.
We are loyal to PAAM Systems and our goals, and we are loyal to each other and our partners – meaning that we are prepared to meet high expectations with pro-activity and creativity. And we continually work to maintain and develop our skills.
Respect
Our interpretation of respect can be described in words of action like being friendly & open minded, clear & precise and having integrity & sincerity.
Respect means that we accept differences in opinions and conditions among our co-workers, customers and partners. Furthermore, it means that we strive to act with precision and clarity when it comes to time, preparations and activities. We keep an open mind in everyday business and act with strong integrity and sincerity, and we act upon our strong belief of the individual’s egos and the influence it has on the team spirit. We listen and learn from people´s knowledge, experience and engagement – that is the way to improve our skills and insights.
Even though we treat everyone with respect we do not compromise with our core values, and we never fall for unjust or improper influences. We act upon the truth, as good examples socially and professionally in friendly manners to create benefits for customers, partners and ourselves.
Reflection
Our interpretation of reflection can be described in words of action like being thoughtful & humble and generous & developing.
Reflection is the way to get new perspectives and angles in striving to make progress. We act with thoughtfulness and humbleness for others and their opinions, internally as well as externally. Responsiveness is the key to development. Even though we make considerations we act as soon as possible without hesitation. We act with generosity when it comes to information and knowledge – we give what we can to those who are interested. We strive to give as much as possible of facts and thoughts for others to consider, we try not leaving anyone untouched.
