Hosting
IT must support the business. And it should not be a problem.
However, IT can be difficult. It should just work. It might not be your core business or your primary area of expertise! We can help. Our system’s structure allows us to manage all operations. Reassuringly, we place your system in a secure server room. IT-Mästaren is our partner in this area.
Functionality is promised to 99.9% and back-ups are automatically made every day. How much does this cost? Less than half an hour work a month per site. Sounds incredible - it is!

Mobile communication
Sometimes there is no network where the assemblies would fit in best. We will solve it. We canwith ease utilize the GSM network.
You are not hindered that cables are not available. With our VPN tunnel, you are assured that it is safe and secure.
The system allows you to manage the server yourself. This requires a VPN on your server. If you prefer, you can hand the administration over to us. We have prepared everything.
Cost? An ordinary mobile subscription with unlimited data traffic. It should not be expensive, just good, safe and secure.
Preventive maintenance
Everything should be taken care of. Without maintenance things deteriorate. Maybe not now, but with time.
With this in mind, we offer a contract for preventive maintenance. We visit the assemblies once or twice a year. We check functionality, make necessary adjustments and document our visits.
Function is important. You can stay ahead. Hopefully, we discover possible trouble spots before they affect operations. This should be calming.
Of course, there is a fixed price. No extra fees.
Spare parts
You may want to take everything as it comes. You pay when something is worn out or defective. Otherwise, we can offer a spare parts contract.
You pay a fixed monthly fee, no matter what happens. We simply replace the parts that need replacing. There is no additional fee for any part, regardless of the cost. You can be calm.
If changes need to be made at the time for preventive maintenance, then you will not pay for the work either. That is service.
What’s the catch? There is none. We want you to be calm. That’s all.
Updates & Upgrades
All systems need to be managed. We know this. We constantly develop new functions that you probably can benefit from. Moreover, Microsoft constantly updates their products, which means that functionality must be ensured by updates of our system.
The Updates & Upgrades agreement is mandatory. It is reassuring. We take care of the updates. You get a reliable system. More than that, new functionality over time.
Updates occur twice a year. We want you to have the newest functions – all the time.
Is there anything else? Oh yeah, customer support via phone, e-mail and Internet is included in the fee. It is affordable, to say the least.
